As March begins, Starbucks Canada is ringing in the next season with their Spring 2026 Menu!
Two new types of drinks are being introduced, coconut and ube:
- Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew – cold brew topped with toasted coconut cold foam over ice
- Toasted Coconut Latte – espresso with toasted coconut flavoured syrup and steamed milk
- Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato – espresso with milk, toasted coconut flavoured syrup, and ice, topped with ube coconut cold foam and coconut flakes
- Ube Coconut Latte – espresso with toasted coconut flavoured syrup, ube powder, and steamed milk
The iconic lavender-flavoured beverages have also returned:
- Lavender Latte – espresso with lavender powder and steamed milk
- Lavender Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage – milk blended with lavender powder, vanilla syrup, ice, topped with whipped cream
- Iced Lavender Cream Matcha – matcha powder with milk, syrup, and ice, topped with lavender cold foam
- NEW Iced Lavender Cream Chai – chai with milk and ice, topped with lavender cold foam
Three food items have joined the menu:
- Lemon Cake Pop – lemon-flavoured white cake topped with a yellow chocolaty coating and a sweet-and-sour topping
- NEW Frog Cake Pop – vanilla cake mixed with buttercream, dipped in green chocolaty icing and decorated as a frog
- NEW Mini Dill & Rye Bagels – three mini rye bagels stuffed with dill-infused cream cheese, topped with toasted sesame seeds
New spring-inspired merchandise is also being released, featuring vibrant green colours reminiscent of popular matcha drinks.
The Spring 2026 Menu is available at participating Starbucks locations across Canada for a limited time.
