Tim Hortons is launching a new way to get your caffeine and protein fix in the same drink with the release of Protein Lattes!
Made with high-protein dairy protein beverage, you can get it hot or iced.
The Iced Protein Latte contains 12g of protein in a small size, 17g in a medium, and 23g in a large.
The hot Protein Latte has 13g of protein in a small size, 20g in a medium, and 27g in a large.
You can also customize sweeteners, espresso shots, flavour shots, and whipped topping for an additional cost.
The Protein Lattes are available at participating Tim Hortons locations across Canada for a limited time.
